Shade nodded, worried about Cheru. She started to walk towards the Pokemon Center. "But I wanted to battle." Kiera whined as she tried to stay put.

Leon's heart dropped when he saw that Drake was holding Kiera's arm. Leon figured the two were dating. Heart broken, he decided to go train his Pokemon.

Sean sends out the new Pokemon he just obtained.
"Dratini!" Dratini exclaimed as it came out of the ball.
"Thanks Leon!" Sean exclaimed.
Sean wanted to battle, but knew he would need Piplup as well, and Piplup looked like it needed to take a nap. So Sean let Dratini sit by him and watch as well.

Kiera was bored. She sat outside waiting for her sister to come out of the Pokemon Center. Sitting next to her was Fayron and Luxia, both looking more worried by the second as Kiera got even more impatient by the second. Kiera jumped up, surprising both Pokemon. "Let's go. I'm bored and I want to battle someone. Let's go find someone, I wonder if they'll agree to a double battle since I have the both of you." She smiled towards the Pokemon. Kiera set off, not turning to tell her sister where she went.

Leon was bored of sitting around and decided to look for wild Pokémon. While he was looking he saw his crush walking down the road, so he did what any other guy would do, initiate conversation, “Hey, I was wondering if you wanted to battle? I mean, if you don’t want to, I understand.” Leon waited for a response with his heart in knots.

"A Battle?" Kiera jumped up and down. "Of course I want to battle, and ah..." Kiera looked towards her two Pokemon standing next to her, trying to decide who would battle. Luxia came up to her and nodded. "And Luxia wants to battle, as well."

Drake walked out of the Pokemon center, but he couldn't see Kiera anywhere, "Where did that girl go?" He said, and started to search for her.

Kiera stared at the guy, her mouth opened in awe. She nodded vigurously, "That's what I was wanting to do." She looked around, making sure Drake and Shade were nowhere close so they couldn't ruin her fun. "Just can we do it a bit futher from the Pokemon Center?"

Shade exited the Pokemon Center. Seeing that her sister was gone, she sighed and started looking for her. "Of course, Kiera would be gone. She hasn't battled yet, and that's what she wanted to do." Knowing her sister would avoid her, she started walked towards the clearings a ways away from the Pokemon Center.

Getting tired of sitting around, Sean went to the Pokemon Center to heal his Piplup.
Once Piplup was healed, Sean left the Pokemon Center and started walking towards a path he never saw before.
After walking on this road for a while, he noticed Leon and Kiera having a battle, and decided that he should watch to see their potential.
Sean sat on the ground next to the battle, and even sent out Dratini and Piplup to watch.
"This should be interesting," said Sean, "Come on guys, lets watch."

Leon said, "Alright lets do this. Come on out guys." As he sent out Chimchar and Charmander, Leon exclaimed, "Ready when YOU are. "

With her Pokemon already out, Kiera started directing them. "Luxia, let's start out strong. Hi- jump Kick on Chimchar, and Fayron," Kiera pauses as she thinks, "do Scratch on his Charmander." (Hi-jump kick does 25 damage and Scratch does 5 Damage. Charmader has 34 HP an Chimchar has 19 HP)

Sean pulled out his Pokedex to see what these Pokemon were, and found out that Leon had a Chimchar and a Charmander, while Kiera also had a Charmander and a Riolu.
Sean then put the Pokedex away so he can continue witnessing the battle.

"Are you two really sure this is the place?" Shade enters the clearing being pulled by her "two" Snivies. She looks around, then her gaze focuses on Kiera. Kiera stares back in horror as her fun is probably finish. "Nevermind." Shade mumbles to her Pokemon.To her sister, she yells, "Are you having fun?" Kiera nods. "Make sure you beat him then. I really don't want to hear it from Dad if you lose." Shade turns around to find a spot she could comfortably watch the battle. Shade leans against a tree, waiting for her sister's opponent to take his turn.

Sean watched in excitement as the Pokemon were using these moves Sean never heard of. Sean looked on the Pokedex to learn more about the moves. After about 5 seconds of studying the moves, Sean continued to watch the battle.

Kiera tilts her head in question. "You're not going to have your second Pokemon attack?" "Then why don't you attack since it seems he won't." Shade yells to her sister. "No," Kiera shaking her head, and says, "I have to be nice and give him a chance, don't I?"

Sean studied carefully at what the Pokemon were doing, and trying to figure out what would work best against what. Sean pondered about this for a while, then shouted to Leon, "Hey, are you going to have your other Pokemon do anything?"
