He nodded a bit, and then sighed. His breath was short and yet slow. Raffiel wanted an end, an answer, a resolution, a final solution. His mind wasn't where he was, thinking of his family. He could see himself being manipulated again. And suddenly he remembered that they would be checking in on them every now and then. He felt the eyes apon him. "Fa... Father...."

"Shh..."Lunar tried to get him to relax. She sat down by Raffiel's side after finishing putting the pulp over his wounds. She wasn't sure if she was suppose to try and take him back to the den. She licked a bit more blood from his face.

There was a flash of a dark black pelt, at first Raffiel thought it was Erebus. But no, there was green eyes and not blue. "My son..." Xavier growled and cringled his nose. "I saw him get attacked. It was a black wolf, no elk." He growled at Lunar. "You should not trust him." Then Xavier bent and helped with his wounds.

Lunar looked at the stranger and anger flashed in her eyes. She snarled, "You saw him get attacked and you didn't help!?" She stood over Raffiel protectivly, "Don't you dare touch him."

"I arrived her as he was finishing his attack. There was nothing I could do!" Xavier snarled at her. "I know you are the one that he truely left us for. But I shall not take this from you. I went to get herbs. See." He pulled a golden flower out of the bushes. "Khora didn't just teach us to let him be who he wants to be you know?"

Lunar's ears got warm as she got angrier, "Nothing you could do!? You could have got him away from the water for one thing! Cleaned him up a bit!? Or your could have came to the pack and told us what you saw!" Lunar was still standing over Raffiel. She felt nothing but hatred for this wolf that claimed to be Raffiel's father.

Xavier snarled at her, his fur bristling high. "I knew he was going back. I've delt with that wolf, only recognized him when he attacked my son. I know what I was doing. Where were you? Sleeping? You're gonna be a terrible mate. Did your instincts not tell you the bad news this wolf brings. His name MEANS DARKNESS!" Xavier ranted at her, the sight of his son's mirror green eyes on him preventing him from attacked Lunar.

Lunar scowled, "Yes, because you have so much room to critisize me. Where were you all threw his life?" Lunar shook her head slightly and looked away.

At that, Xavier grew quiet. She had struck a nerve. His entire presence changed to that of a cold demenor. "I looked for him months on end. I never stopped, until I thought he was dead. That was three days before he showed up with his mother and Khora." He said coldly.

Lunar turned back around, something went off in her head as she thought to herself 'You have to be kidding me! Now he is trying to tell me his little sob story! If they were good parents then they wouldn't have been fighting all the time right in front of their pups! Don't believe him! I can't believe him.' She then growled lowly, "Your the ones that made him leave. So don't even try and tell me your sob story."

He snarled, "I'm not trying to make you believe my sob story." Xavier wanted so dearly to maul her. But still his son's eyes rested apon him, and he could not strike her. "We were fighting about your pack, weather or not to move. Things like that, and it got out of control!"

Lunar was now ignoring him and she looked back at Raffiel, wandering if she was suppose to try and take him back. She must have been suppose to take him back. Her ears fell down on her head while she asked Raffiel quietly, "Do you think your going to be able to stand?"

"With... Some help..." Raffiel managed and instantly Xavier was helping him up.

Lunar shot a glare in Xaviers direction. She didn't want him to help with anything. She didn't even want him here but then she realized that Raffiel really needs the help and maybe Lunar alone won't work. She said quickly, trying not to be rude though, "Be careful with him."

It didn't come across rude to Xavier, he heard her worry. Raffiel winced in pain at hte movement. "Sorry bud." Xavier mummbled to him. "Without a scruff its gonna be hard." He told him.

Lunar stayed close to Raffiels side in case he were to fall or something. "We need to get him back to Khora. She knows a lot more of how to help him then I do."

Lunar began to lead the way back, but still stayed near Raffiel's side. She was watching Raffiel closely to where she almost tripped over some things a few times from not watching where she was going.

Xavier shouldered his son strongly. But as they came closer and closer he became nervous. He began to trip, and then he suddenly stopped. "You can carry on from here. I must leave." He said with his dark voice and fled.

Lunar quickly moved to keep Raffiel standing. Once at his side and whispered, "Just lean on me. We are almost there." She shot an angry glare in the direction that Xavier went.

Raffiel didn't even look after his father. "OK..." He whispered, his vision was flashing in and out of dimness and brightness. Surely.... He thought with an effort to even make the words in his mind. Surely Lunar will carry on without me...

Holo stalked silently towards a flock of geese that had landed in a wide clearing, her belly brushing the ground. When she got close, checking to see that her scent was still blowing away from them, she bounded forward coming out of the bush and barked loudly "YOUR MINE!!!" As she began to fall down most of the flock scattered but she landed on two unlucky geese and they creid, but quickly fell silent as she snapped their necks. She ate a few small mouthfuls of meat, spitting out the feathers and then grabbed the carcasses and trotted back in the direction of the den, eyeing the scavengers that had begun to gather warily. Daring them to try and steal her food.
