Lilly waved bye to Sara, "I've gotta get home. My parents are going to kill me if I'm late again.." Sara nodded, "Ok. Bye Lilly." As Lilly was headed to the side walk to start the long walk home, she passed by Tyler and Josh without realizing it and started walking home. Sara sat down on the grass in front of the school, bored.

Tyler got up and jogged over to Lilly. "Hey, don't u have to stay for detention?" he asked

Lilly turned to see Tyler talking to her. Her whole expression changed to complete dissapointment, "Oh no. I forgot all about detention. My parents are going to kill me."

Tyler looked at her. "Tomarow then. I can come talk to your parents," He said. His voice was smooth and reassuring, if you were blind you would think angle. The bruises, cuts and scrapes said differently.
Josh walked to the bus and rode home. On his way he got off a bus stop early and walked the rest. Spotting a pine tree, he walked over to it and pulled the small lever. A rope ladder dropped and he began to climb. Setting his stuff on the floor. He thought about how he would bring friends up here and play. Looking out the window he saw a asian man looking back at him. His robe waved in the wind. What the…… he thought. Blinking the man disappeared.

Lilly smiled and hugged Tyler, "Thank you so much." Her arms dropped to her sides, "But tomorrow I have to go to this big business party for my dads boss. So, I guess my parents will just have to kill me." She adjusted the bag over her shoulder and started walking back toward the school doors to go to detention.

Tyler was stunded for a moment. Hugging wasn't his thing ecesially girls. He hugged her back getting a quick whiff of straberry. "They won't kill you," he smiled. Flicking the hair out of his eyes, he walked back with her. "This is gonna suck."
Baliey was frantic at the meeting for the dance. "NO, no, no! The streamers were to be shades of red not purple! Get new ones and make them work! No! The crowns need to got on the throw pillows, not the chairs!" She cupped her head in her hands.
Nastasha strutted over to Baliey. "Things aren't working here! Baliey we need things to work," she reported. Her tan skin, blue eyes, and cheastnut hair, curled to perfection, bounced.

"What do you expect? Detention is never fun." Lilly teased. Walking through the doors, she looked to Tyler and asked, "Do you know where detention is? I don't pay attention to this stuff..."
Sara stood up from the grass, seeing the orphanage bus that picks up her younger brothers and sisters from the grade school across the street. Isabella, the short woman who was in her early 50's, honked the horn as all the younger kids waved out the window. The small 15 seat bus drove off and Sara started walking back toward the orphanage building.

Tyler looked at Lilly. "What you think I pay attention? I fell asleep in choir and looked at the clock the whole day," he smiled. He bowed his head. "I think it's in chior.

Lilly laughed lightly, then headed to the Chior room. Once there, she looked around awkwardly. She'd never really been to detention before. Usually her dad would go to the school and get her out of it. He wouldn't allow for her to have any record of bad behavior, and it drove Lilly insane.
Sara got to the building and signed herself in. Isabella and the kids weren't back yet. Probably went to the park. Sara walked up the stairs and into her room, which she shared with a girl 3 years younger than herself. She was currently the oldest kid living in the orphanage building. Sara dropped her bag on the bed and pulled out her homework to get started. Just as she was going to start her Geometry homework, she saw a shadowy shape sitting on the outside of the window. Now getting up, she silently walked closer to see the shape better, but it moved and the next thing she knew, it was gone... Sara quickly pinched the tabs of the window frame and pushed it up, opening the window. She stuck her head out to look around and couldn't see anyone.

Tyler smiled. "Don't worry it's nothing super boring. Just clean and do homework," he chuckled, "Now you know why my grades are so good." He walked in and cat in the corrner, again.
Mrs. Thyor walked in and got started telling them what they were doing. "Work on dusting the piano and alphabetising my CD's……"
Tyler noticed something behind the teacher. A small child of him almost.

Lilly sat in a seat by Tyler. Honestly, she was nervous for being here. She listened quietly as the teacher spoke.
Sara's heart pounded. Then she heard a loud thud and spun around, seeing her younger "sister" who she shared a room with. "You alright, Sara?" She asked cautiously. Sara nodded, "Yea... Sorry, Jessica. I just... I thought I saw something. It was probably nothing." Jessica smiled and dropped her bag on her bed and said, "Isabella tld me to come get you to help with making dinner. Everyone is downstairs." Sara nodded, "I'll be right down." With that, Jessica left the room, leaving Sara. Sara put her homework away. If she were to leave it out, one of the younger kids might draw on it. Once her homework was safely tucked away in her bag and under the bed, she walked out of the room and headed down to the main floor of the building. The metal stairs creeked as she walked, the old brick walls of the building making everything look darker, as always.

Lilly looked where Tyler was looking and didn't see anything. "What kid?"

Sara got to the main floor and could hear the running around and the sound of throwing things in the back room. "Isabella?" She yelled out as she walked into the kitchen. Isabella turned to her, "Oh! My dear! I need your help. The kids are out of hand." Isabella was the only person raising and caring for all the children that lived in this building. It wasn't really even an orphanage. Thats just what Sara liked to tell people. It was really like a homeless shelter for children. Parents would drop off their unwanted kids to Isabella and they grew up here. No one was being adopted out, or anything of the such. But this wasn't being done illegally either. Isabella would get all the paperwork and get full costody over each child. Some teenagers would just stay here for a while if they were kicked out of home or something. Sara didn't want people to know she lived in a place for homeless children. The only one of her friends that knew was Lilly. Sara nodded to Isabella, "I'll get them all under control. Just let me know if you need me to help out in any other way." With that, Sara walked into the back room and stopped the chaos.

"You two may go now!" came the stupid sing song voice of Mrs. Thyor.
"Don't worry it wont go on your perminate record. well not the first time anyways. Well see ya. i got a two hour ride to the dump of my house." He left with his head down. He didn't want to be alone, but he was.

Lilly waved bye to Tyler, then started walking home with her bag over her back. Once home, Lilly's mom turned to her quickly, "Where have you been!? You better not have been off with your little trouble maker punk friends! Why don't you hang out with that girl Bailey? your pretty enough to be with them. Not hanging around with a bunch of low life losers! What kind of life do you think me and your father are trying to give you?" Lilly just stood there silently, listening to the very disrespectful lecture she was getting from her mom. "Lilly, are you listening to me!?" Her moms voice boomed through the large house. Lilly looked up at her mom and answered quietly, "Yes mom. I'm listening." Her mom tilted her head and pointed to the stairs, "Lilly Marie. Get to your room and finish your homework." Lilly did as she was told and headed to her room.

Sara got all her siblings together for supper at the large table. Total, there was 19 people, including Isabella. Most would think that a lot of food had to be made to feed them all, but the amount of food cooked was the same as the amount that would be cooked for a family of 7. Everyone just had small portions. Just barely enough to satisfy them until school the next morning when they got free food from the cafeteria. Except for Sara. Sara would eat her dinner that night and wait until the next afternoon when she would buy food from the school.

It was eight when Tyler got home. He walked through the front door of the first building and found a place to sleep. Thank goodness there was a heater this time.

Lilly finished her homework and climbed into bed. She didn't want to leave her room for fear of hearing another lecture about her friends.

Sara went back upstairs to finish her homework that she still hadn't got the chance to start.

Baliey walked home. Her designer heels were trashed! She stormed in and up the stairs to her room.
Nastasha rode home in a blue prius.

Sara finished her homework and put it away, tucking it safely away under the bed. She walked to the window and opened it, crawling out onto the fire escape and looked up at the stars.

The little child appeared next to Tyler. He looked up and watched as the sky grew dark. Everything as fading to nothingness. He blinked, showing a room full of parchment and relics. "Well done, Charro." The boy nodded as Josh appeared, then Lilly, then Nastasha.

Sara thought she heard a noise. Quickly, she began climbing down the fire escape toward the ally on the side of the building.

Lilly smiled and waved to Tyler. (Is Lilly, Josh, and Natasha being there in like a dream? or is Lilly, Josh, and Natasha actually there??)
