Cheyenne frowned. "I didn't mean any offense. It's just that I think it would be better if someone else took a look at your throat and head. You might have a concussion and who knows how deep he bit down on your throat. I just want to make sure you're ok is all."

"Well, as far as I know, no one here is a healer. I can do it myself, anyways..." Lunar's voice trailed off. She frowned slightly and turned away, limping on her right hind leg. She was headed off to find herself a stream, or a pond of some sort.

Dinae heard this and turned to follow her. She was limping. He hurried up to her side and looked at her, saying, "Here. Use my side as a support."

Lunar glanced at Dinae for a moment, then nodded and did as she was told. "Do you know where any water is around here?" she questioned.

"Yeah. There is that creak where I got that herb from you asked for earlier. Does that one work?"

"Anything works," she whispered, the aches only getting worse.

"Ok. It's this way." Dinae gently began directing his and Lunar's bodies in the direction of the creek.

Cheyenne decided to stay back with the others. She looked at the young girl. She smiled. "Hi. My name is Cheyenne. What's yours?" she asked gently.

Lunar breathed slowly, not allowing herself to show the real pain that she was feeling. She'd never been in a fight like that. That male was twice her size, if not more! As the water came into view, she moved away from Dinae's side and sat down at the water's edge. "Thank you, Dinae."

Dinae put on a corny looking smile. "It's no problem. Just ask, and I would be willing to do anything for you." he said looking down, blushing.

Lunar perked her ears and glanced at Dinae through the corner of her eye, not really sure what to think of what he said. Instead, she pushed the thought aside and leaned herself close to the water, turning her head in an odd direction so that her neck would be able to soak in the water for a moment. This was the only way she could think of to clean it off.

Dinae looked back at her. "Do you need some help?" he asked quietly.

"Not yet," she answered calmly. The cold water make the open wound sting. Lunar lifted her head and started licking at the part of her neck that she could, not realizing how odd it must've looked, trying to reach something that simply couldn't be reached on her own.

Dinae watched her as she struggled. "Are you sure? Cause I mean, I could get that for you if you wanted..." he said trailing off.

Lunar shook her head, "I can do it." She was determined. The young female tried to lick her neck again, but it simply wasn't working. Aggravated, she stopped and acted as if she had got the job done. "See? Not a problem."

Dinae frowned. I'm gonna regret this. I'm gonna regret this. I'm reeeaaaallllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllyyyyy gonna regret this... Dinae padded up to her and gently started cleaning her cuts.

Lunar's eyes widened slightly as he came closer, not knowing how to react. She shied away from his touch, then started giggling. "What are you doing?" Her ears and cheeks got warm, blushing. She was thankful for her dark fur at this point, so he hopefully wouldn't notice it.

Dinae stopped cleaning for a second so he could answer. "I am cleaning your cuts that you couldn't reach..." he trailed off again and returned to cleaning her cuts.

Lunar smiled and let him clean them, not protesting. She knew she needed the help. "How bad is it?"

Dinae finished up and craned his head back a bit so he could see how it looked. He hadn't realized how close he had been to Lunar. "Uhmmmm... It doesn't look too bad. It stopped bleeding." he said staying where he was. He didn't want to move. He loved this, being close to her.

"How deep is the wound?" she questioned. Lunar noticed it, how close he had been. But she didn't want to make him back off. Why do I feel like this? I love Raffiel.. I belong to Raffiel.. I'm his and his only. was all that kept going through her thoughts.

Stella looked at Cheyenne and said "I'm Stella." After all what could a wolf do with a name anyway, she looked up at her Stella wished she could be as kind and brave to fight by someone's side that she didn't even know. What if the person she was fighting with thought like Stella does and thinks it's a trap set up by the other wolf he was just fighting to get someone in his pack close to the wolves he wants to kill? She didn't even think about those possibilities everything seems like a trap for something you can name something totally safe and Stella will come up with a reason not to go in her mind.

Jaquelin was inside the den now, not aware of anything happening outside. She had the top of her head pressed against the back of the den as she stared down at her paws. She was silent, pondering about her parents. She tried to remember what they looked like. She was trying to understand why they had left her out in the wilderness to die when she was young. Tears welled up in her eyes as she began feeling unwanted and alone, though she wiped them off with her wrist quickly and sighed before laying down.
