Kiara couldn't find any paths, and then she heard the wind pick up, the leafs on the trees moving about franticly. She heard thunder rumbling in the distance. There was another crack of thunder closer. Lightning strikes in the distance.

Kiara swirved her head, the window was just out of her reach. With the angle, there was a seventy-five percent chance she would miss and fall to her death. She could feel the wind threatening to sweep her off her feet. A thought crossed her mind, Maybe i could use the wind to get me across safely. To make up for my lacking to cover the distance... She peered down at the fall, the fence would surely break her fall, but also her. If I don't make it though.... Or even risk it.... She looked back at the sky, rain falling in the nearby distance, but it was pale.... Hail. Her jaw clentched. NO CHOICE! She leaped.

"MMMMMMMMOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOTTHHHHHHERRRRRRRRR!!!!!!!!! NNOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!" everything seemed to go in slow motion for Digi, she had actually called her MOTHER! she threw out a blanket out the window but forgot to let go, lost in her thoughts she and the big blanket collided with Kiara, and the went a bit off course, landing in a tree next door "WHAT THE HELL!?!" the man who lived next door yelled "I SWEAR I SAW A CAT AND A DOG AND A BLANKET FLY INTO OUR TREE! AMANDA! DID YOU SEE THAT!?!"

Kiara grunted, the impact of the pup throwing her off. She felt the blanket run under her paws, and clung to it. "OOAF!" She grunted from the impact on a pillar. Then she fell, hitting the grass and passing out.

Digi whimpered when she heard the man yelling... "DON'T HURT ME!" she cried "I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING BAD! I just tried to save Kiara!" she cringed a bit remembering that the yelling voice usually was followed by pain

Kiara is still passed out on the grass, a trickle of blood from her paws and a few claws had been torn.

Digi snapped out of it, and rain to Kiara. "KIARA!!! KIARAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!!! ARE YOU OK!?!" she barked, worried. Digi licked Kiara's face lovingly hoping she was alive.

A few raspy breaths came her chest. Kiara looked at Digi painfully. "Hey.... What's up little girl?"

She got to her paws, and slowly pulled herself onto Digi's back.

Kiara spotted Daisy, and called over to her. "Uh... Daisy... Could you help get us in the house before the storm blows in?"

Digi began walking fastly "I DOn't need help! I can carry Kia-" she got cut off as she tripped on a root and fell face down into a mud puddle, causing Kiara to fall off.

Kiara groaned in pain at the impact. She slowly looked at Digi and hissed lowly.

Digi stood up slowly... "Sorry Kiara... I think I broke my nose!" she whined but tried to forget the pain, walking over to Kiara and bending down again for her.

Kiara gave Digi a simpathetic lick on the shoulder and then attempted to stand with the two dogs around her. Sense when was I so friendly with dogs? Barely a month ago I wouldn't have wanted so much as look at them...
