Erebus led Granite to the exit he had found. "Go in, you'll be alright. You should eventually find your brother. I'll keep barking so you know which way to head back." He said as gently as he could.

Granite followed Aspen's scent into the small hole. After quite a while his paws were in a puddle of water. He yipped nervously, and rushed across. He tripped over his sleeping brother.

(Sorry for double posting!!)

Granite woke his brother up, and they started to head back, shivering when they got to the puddle of water, and very happy when they finally reached the end of the tunnel.

Bo-Bo had just arrived when Granite and Aspen crawled out of a whole. "Ummm... Hi, Erebus. I see you don't need help. But... Errr, I could carry one of them if you like."

"Yes, please do." Erebus said in a tired tone. Frankly he was annoyed, this had take WAY to much time. So he scooped Aspen up by the scruff, muttering how much trouble he had been, and took off for the den just in time to hear a howl. "What the...?" He growled, picking up the pace.

Bo-Bo grabbed Granite, and trotted happily after Erebus. He was smiling. Had he done well? Had he pleased Erebus? Would he be truthfully accepted, rather than told he was accepted and obviously wasn't...?His twisted mind searched for answers to these questions as he trotted after Erebus.

Ash padded through the forest slowly, her tail swishing. She lifted her nose and sniffed the air silently, looking for something to eat. Everything started becoming familiar, since she had once visited this place a long time ago. She flicked her ears and glanced around briefly before lowering her head toward the ground again, trying to find a scent.

Nina was wondering through the forest, looking around. She bumped into Ash, not having seen her, and snarled, "Hey! Watch it!"

Ash staggered backwards slightly before flicking her ears back. "You watch it!" She growled lowly, baring her teeth.

Nina growled low, glaring at Ash. She flicked her tail angrily.

Ash narrowed her eyes and turned the opposite direction, now walking away from her. She already didn't like this wolf very much.

Kashtin and Zephyr were still running, and when they saw Ash they tried to stop, but momentum sent them both crashing into the slightly older she-wolf.

Ash growled at her comment, before the force of the two young wolves knocked her to the ground, causing the air to rush out of her lungs. She gasped for breath, choking out, "Are you all BLIND!?" She growled something under her breath before sitting up quickly and shaking herself off.

Nina exploded into a fit of laughter, hardly able to stand now.

Zephyr shook his head clear, and assessed what had just happened. "I'm sorry." he said calmly. "Me and my brother were a bit... Distracted."
Kashtin was still laying dazed on the ground. "What just happened?" he groaned.

Ash glared at Nina for a moment before glancing back at the two males. "Well, just watch where your going next time," She mumbled, getting awkwardly to her feet before starting walking away again.

"We will?" Kashtin asked. "It's her fault for not moving!"

Ash eyed Nina. "I don't have a reason to stay." Then she added, "Why are you following me?"

Zephyr decided to follow them, and Kashtin followed his brother, silently for once.

Ash raised an eyebrow. "You seem strange." She said simply, glancing over her shoulder to see that the others were following them too. She flicked her ears back in annoyance.
