That almost made Pantera lose her temper. "You don't trust me?" she said, her voice getting louder with every word. "You don't trust me?!? After I thought you my technique and brought you in, you don't trust me?!? I could have just had you killed while you were passed out! Do you really think I would hurt you now?!?" Pantera was on the breaking point now.

Sjips twiddled his thumbs as he waited for the place to clear up. He noticed that as the sun sank, more people left. "Maybe burnt turkey isn't so bad as it seems." he grumbled.

Pantera sighed. "Rave, why would be come after you?" she asked calmly. "What motive did he have to do so? Did you notice anything about him that might have given you clues that he was COMING after you and not just trying to get to you to talk to you or otherwise? Anything?"

Pantera seemed to go into thought. "Damn." she muttered. "He was one of my best. Seemed so loyal too. I would have trusted him with my life. I can't believe he would do this." She sighed. "I guess you just can't tell with some people anymore."
