Stella was relieved in fact to hear that lessons were over adn she could resume....avoiding wolves. Yeah that sonds fun, she thought she began to walk away from the other pups and resume her comfortable spot.

Lunar got up, not feeling too well, and headed away from the den. She hoped no one would see her leaving, although those hopes weren't working out in her favor very often anymore.

Holo got up and began to follow her sister.

Kashtin hopped sideways, knocking over Granite who would have fell onto Ginger if she hadn't got out of the way. "I'm going back to mom." she said huffily. "You two can do whatever, but it's not my fault if you get yourselves in trouble!"

Ares sits down, "Brother...where are we to stay now." He says, his ears drooping a small amount, the wind in the area seemed to pick up a little.

"Here, you can stay here." Instantly Ereus offered. He found himself somewhat fond of the pup. He had heart, and potential, something Erebus would need. "The pack is always looking for fresh blood, and you two obviously will never be separated easily. We can take care of our injuries little Windrunner, train him, and provide you both with food, medicine and shelter." I sound just like one of those blasted Goldenblooders!

Stella wandered away from the site of the training. She watched as Erebus offered shelter to Windrunner and Ares, and although she didn't know him well that seemed rather odd as he never really wanted to accept anybody. She resumed her casual position in the spot where she could see everything exept for behind her, but she would never be able to look behind her all the time.

Bo-Bo tried to prevent his emotions from crossing his face. Had Erebus magically grown a heart, or was it all part of the act? Either way, he was surprised at how good he was being.

Windrunner stands up and growls slightly, "How do we know we can even trust you, wolves who could kill us when we turn around?" He moves a little closer to his brother but puts too much pressure on his paw and faints, falling over into his brother.

Erebus rolled his eyes, "Did I let that fox kill you earlier? You, Bo-Bo and I all know that there was no way you were getting out of that on your own." He said, not a hint of malice on his voice.

Bo-Bo looks up at his name. "Yup." he agrees, walking over to Erebus.

Larmyne trotted towards the pack, out of the bushes. She yawned and looked over her shoulder, only to see Erebus speaking to three of the pack's pups. She gazed around, and found a rock to laze on. She padded towards it, but stopped short. Maybe I should... no, no. Erebus probably won't do anything. I hope... She sighed and continued. When she got on the rock and plopped down, she sighed happily and dozed off.

Windrunner gave a slight growl, he had been in conflict with the fox for about a week before Erebus had shown up, and he had managed fine until then, and he would continue to have done so. He sighed and finally mumbled "Fine I will let you guys take care of my leg."

"Hey, don't look so disappointed, kid. We got the best healers I know." Bo-Bo said, winking at Windrunner. "And your brother's here to take care of you. Life's going pretty good, I'd say."

Erebus grinned slightly, an ear twitching as if in triumph that Windrunner had finally given in on his refusal of treatment. He knew just how much Khora would chew his ears out if the pup still wasn't treated by nightfall, and at the same time how she knew to respect the patient's wishes. Blazes this is a tiring job, I doubt I'd ever last as a healer in a pack like this. He thought as he led the way to the portion of the den most minor injuries were taken care of at.

Larmyne awoke to the sight of two pups following Erebus to a minor injury den, and yawned loudly. She fell off the rock in an attempt to get off. She grumbled, annoyed, and went from stretching her aching limbs to walking over to Erebus, Windrunner, and Bo-Bo (discovered the names by scent), greeting Erebus with a question, "Hello Erebus, what happened?" She asked, still half asleep and achy.

Erebus looked back at an unfamiliar voice, and yet the scent was. He gazed at the young she-wolf before twitching an ear. "Larmyne?" He questioned, faintly remembering a pup that he had talked to every now and then. "The young one was hurt by a fox, Khora's busy with a more serious case and her apprentices oughta be helping with that. I'm stuck on helper healer duty." He said.

"Oh, well, If you need help with something ask away, I don't have much to do." Larmyne looked at the medicine den and back at the pup. "Oh and um.. How was he hurt? Leg snapped? bitten?"

"Fox attack. Multiple ones I would suspect, but I witnessed the most recent. It got a whole bunch of his leg in its mouth too, jostled it around some." Erebus responded, curious as to if she knew anything about medicine.

Larmyne listened. "Hearing it's been jostled a bit, It could be sprained, or even broken. But if the fox was a slight bit sick, He could get the kiddo sick as well. In other words, I shouldn't keep talking. I hope he gets better!" She said and walked off towards the bushes to sleep.

Erebus's ears lifted slightly at Larmyne's knowledge of medicine, and reminded himself to ask her about it later. It might prove invaluable to his plans. "Alright, ready Windrunner?" He asked the pup.

"Lets just get my leg fixed already." Replies the pup, not wanting to be around these strangers any more. He was having a case of déjè vu and it was making him feel even more uncomfortable.

Erebus led the way to a nice, cool area of the den that was clear of others. "Lay here, I'll start applying." He ordered with a tone that whispered concern. Erebus caught himself, staring at the spot in confusion of himself. Shrugging it off, he went to fetch the right herbs based off of what Khora had taught him.

Windrunner reluctantly obeys Erebus and lays down, but keeps his head up looking around in confusion and worry.

"Don't worry Little Windrunner, I will watch over you." Ares says, he sits down near his brother, content with the situation for now. He looked around at the den, so much had changed in so little a time.
