Jessie turned human and crashed next to him. She was covered in cuts, bits and brusies. "I can't feel my leg..." She whispered suddenly aware of the numbness in it.

History!!(Important!) She was born and raised in a small village of only four different small family's far down south, near antartica. She likes the cold and is at her weakest when it is hot outside. Her mother gave her a necklace, hanging from it was a wooden carving of a fox face. Inside the necklace is the ashes of her grandmother who also had the ability to shape shift. When she is not wearing the necklace, she looses all her confidence. But when she is wearing the necklace, she is fearless. Every woman in the village she grew up in, once they turned 14, they had a huge ceremony to celebrate the teenager growing into an adult. Throughout their year of being 14 years of age, the girl would be trained in different things and whichever she liked the most, she chose as her specialty then would be engaged to a man in the tribe. The chief of the village's son wanted Alex as his own, him being already in his late 20's, and she did not want anything to do with the man. Alex refused the engagement, not wanting to have to be pulled down by this, and she ran away so they couldn't force her. She left far north in search of somewhere else to live the rest of her life.

Alex walked through the trees silently. She could see a small village in the distance and grew curious of it. Her dark green eyes looked around slowly as she then leaned on a tree, her hood over her head. She listened closely to the surroundings. A moment later, she reached her right hand up next to her small necklace and gripped it lightly. Alex took in a long breath and exhaled it slowly. She wondered if this place would allow her to stay for a while, or even to live here. She was exhausted from her long walks, fights with greedy humans, and always struggling to find food.

Alex finally released her necklace and tucked it back under her coat. She changed her face to soft and slowly made her way to the village, carrying a bag over her shoulder that was filled with a few of her things.

Jessie looked at Aubrey and Logan. "Um... I got attacked by wolves and Keith was with me. THeir gone now, but I think my right leg is broken...."

Alex came into view of the village and she was getting close to a few small homes. She saw a little brown haired girl sobbing over a small bowl. Alex grew concerned and made her way toward the small girl who seemed to be about 5 years old. She leaned down next to the girl and asked, "What is wrong?" The small child quickly looked at Alex in shock then took off running away from her.

Alex got annoyed with the rude looks that she was receiving and she quickly walked back out of the village. She smelt rotten bodies, had been smelling them for a while now, and she again leaned against a tree.

Jessie grimace as she check the leg. "Ow... OW! OW!!" She began grumblign then yelped as she moved it into a certain position.

Alex dropped her bag next to the tree and slowly sat down. She pulled her knees to her chest and wrapped her arms around her legs. Alex grabbed her bag and looked through it quickly.

Aubrey stoped and nodded. "you have a hair line fracture. its not bad but you need to get a splint on it. you only need it for about 1 week ok"

She whined her acknowledgement. "Ok. Maybe if I become a panther it will be easier to move..." She attempted to, but found she couldn't change. "WHAT!" She gasped. "Could I be to weak to change?" She asked franticly.

Alex found a few strings she used in her old village as a child. She started moving the three pieces of string in a pattern, tying them all together.

Jessie tried real hard on focusing, there was a pop, and she turned into a pnather. "There go." She sighed with relief.
