Raffiel sighed, "I suppose you could be right. It just... I don't like seeing him around so often. He's got a bad past, and probably a still bad present. I don't want him to hurt my mom. Whatever though, if she wants to get herself in trouble then by all means. She can get herself in trouble." He grumbled the last part, frowning as he remembered her neglecting attitude after she and Erebus started going out. "We're gonna be late, come on." He stood up abruptly, grabbing his bag and turning towards the front door.

"You can just eat while you walk, my dear idiots." Holo said, rolling her eyes and sticking out her tongue as she slipped on her messenger bag.

"Oh! Uhhh... In truth, the story behind it is crazier than that." he replied to the man with the scarred eye. Another guy walked up and he nodded, scratching the back of his neck and smiling back. "Thanks. I like it to. Anyway... Speaking of rad things, your eye looks pretty sweet! Is it real? Errr... Sorry if it's a sore subject... No pun intended." (His eyebrows are a dark brown color.)

'A distraction, that can be good' Windrunner quietly thins to himself, he looks around the food section once more and gets ready to stash a granola bar in his coat pocket but stops, he looked back at the man behind the counter and those distracting him, then looked back down at the bar and sighed. He quickly searched through his pockets looking for any cash that he might have left over. He finally gets a grip on something and pulls it out. Looking down at his hand he frowns, all he had was his library card. He sighs once more before putting the granola bar back and slowly walking out of the store, looking around and finding nothing he decides to walk around the side of the store and sit down. He brings his knees to his chest and wraps his arms around his legs, laying his head down gently on top.

Raffiel led the path down the street towards the bus stop not far down. He began to whistle a tune that had no real melody.

Khora chuckled as her boyfriend turned the corner in her herb shop with a bag of healing powders and a silly face. "Erebus no, that has to be given when you need it, not to get loopy off it." She sighed shaking her head as she playfully looked at him."
Erebus smiled, white teeth flashing as he lowered the bag and replaced it on the shelf. "I never said that, I imitated it." He laughed and walked over to her where she stood behind the counter. He quickly pecked her on the cheek before the first customer of the day came in.

Asku walked into the shop, looking around until he found the thing he wanted. It was something to help him sleep, as he'd been having trouble with that since his little brother and sister were in the car accident. They were in the hospital now, still alive thankfully, but it troubled him. He walked up to the counter and said "Hey Khora... How much would this be?"

Holo skipped after Raffiel, humming along to his crazy song.

Ares looked around at the corner of the street, he saw a couple of people walking down toward him, he was a bit nervous about people meeting him, but seemed to be put a little at ease when he heard them making some crazy tune up.
(I'mma just go with Ares is kinda new to the neighborhood)

Where did the party go?

"Oh! Uhhh... In truth, the story behind it is crazier than that." Nocte raised an eyebrow at the guy's response. "Oh is that so?" he said in an amused tone, leaning forward and resting his head on his hand. "What could be crazier then a unicorn urinating on your hair and changing it's color?" The guy gave an amused smirk, his lips pulling into an uneven grin, the skin tripling by the edges.

"I like it." Nocte shifted hear a small voice and once he had turned so he could see the guy through his good eye he took a member to study him. His hair was brown and messy, sort of curled at the ends. His neck and arms were coated in tattoos and he even had 3 small dots that Nocte suspected were tattoos beside his left eye. He also noticed the dude smelled like smoke which of course meant he smoked. Judging by his appearance Nocte could only expect the guy was pretty hardcore and tough, listens to heavy metal and screamo but something was a bit off. He seemed rather... shy, his gaze adverted to the ground and that soft way he spoke. The man gave a shrug of his shoulders and gave a quick swipe of his hand that symbolized a hello.

"Thanks. I like it to. Anyway... Speaking of rad things, your eye looks pretty sweet! Is it real? Errr... Sorry if it's a sore subject... No pun intended." Nocte gave a small huff of annoyance had and to shift around again to see the volcanically colored hair guy. He instinctively raised a hand to touch the scared skin around his eye and let out a small laugh. "It's real" he confirmed, lowering his hand and shoving it into his pocket. "I had a run in with a terribly savage bird that randomly attacked me. Almost lost my eye completely but luckily it only blinded me."

"Good morning Asku." Khora greeted him warmly. "We'll considering the well price is ten dollars per bag, add the tax it's twelve dollars and and seven cents. But you get my regular customer discount so just ten dollars." She smiled.

"Damn. You must be pretty tough." Bo-Bo stated, smiling. "Makes my story seem lame."

After spending a good minute thinking about it, she sighed. She knew that Asku was too sweet to let her be extra kind in return. "Fine, eleven it is." Khora relented and rang up the medicine.

Windrunner finally decides to stand up and go for a stroll and see if he could find a place to hang out where his hunger might not bother him. As he is walking he spots a man leaving the local herb store and quickly looks down trying to hide his face as to not get asked why he isn't at the school.

Asku glances at WIndrunner, but doesn't bother him. He keeps walking until he reaches Ahiga's garage.

"All that happened to me is that someone, I still haven't found out who, sort of kidnapped me and dyed my hair when I was a kid." Bo-Bo mumbled. "My mom freaked out, but I kind of liked it, so I kept redying it. She was pretty mad about it for years. Said it ruined her plan for me. I got kicked out of the house when I turned eighteen. A friend of mine lives here, and he was let me stay with until I could get an apartment." he bit his lip. "Sorry. You didn't want my whole life story, huh? Sorry again. What did you two want to buy?"

Ahiga looked up as his brother walked in. "Hey." He strolled over to Asku and tapped him on the shoulder. "Check this out. Some guy came in with a Chevy. I think it's a '67 Impala." he looked at his brother to see an unimpressed look on his face. "DUDE! THIS IS ONE OF THE COOLEST CARS EVER! How are you not impressed?"

Lunar sat up from her seat in her psychology class to head to lunch. She was one of the last to step out of the classroom, preferring to take her time rather than just storm her way into the hall. As she headed down the hallway, she held her bag loosely in front of her, lost in her daydreams. Eventually she found herself in the cafeteria, getting some nachos and then bought herself a bottle of tea from a vending machine before sitting down at an empty table.

(I know I just skipped a bunch, but it takes foreverrr to rp a school day >.> )

Holo sits down next to her sister, frowning at the lunch her sister is eating. "I lost my lunch money." she grumbles. "Can I have some of your nachos?"

Raffiel came running in the cafeteria, a football tucked under his arm and a mob of angry jocks right on his tail. The grey haired boy gave a laugh, jumping over one of the tables and rolling to the side right next to Lunar and Holo. "Hiya ladies." He laughed, giving them a playful salute before one of the jocks grabbed him by the shoulder and wrenched him around to sock him right in the face. The jocks surrounded him, laying punch after punch on him before Raffiel managed to break free from the linebacker holding him. The boastful teenager gave a dry laugh, blood dripping down his face, the football still tucked under his arm. "You boys better try harder if you want this back!" He teased before he turned on his heels to run again when he went right into the principal. "Crap!" Raffiel muttered before he got the look of death from the head authority figure of the school took him by the cheek and led him away, the jocks snickering as they started walking back to their own table.

Windrunner watched Asku walk away, he felt strange having been seen by an adult but not pestered about school, he walks into the herb store and looks around, already identifying some of the herbs and their uses.

"Hello there!" Khora gave a cheerful greeting as she walked over, and then frowned slightly as she saw that it was a child that should have been in school.
"What are you doing here kid?" The strongly built man asked, flanking Khora with an obvious scowl. "You should be in school, not in an herb shop."

Windrunner looking to Khora "Salutations." Then looking at Erebus calmly says, "I am here studying something that the school doesn't teach and therefore bettering myself beyond the schools bounds." He looks at one of the herbs on the shelf, after studying it and still not figuring out its use he asks, "What is this herb used for?"

Erebus gave a snort before he clapped his hands in a long mocking manner before he laughed. "I like this kid." He looked at his girlfriend before she chuckled and tossed him a dirty look. "So, dearest Khora, tell him what the stuff is."
"That is a mixture of different herbs that all have one common quality, sleep aid." Khora said educationally, "It is a potent powder that is mixed into water before ingestion." And then she playfully punched Erebus on the arm.

A wry smily came to Khora's face and then she nodded her head "Perhaps..." She said with a grin from ear to ear. "Alright kid, tell me what you know about this." The medicine woman said as she held out another package, this one containing a variety of herbs sooted for belly aches. "Can you recognize any of these?"

Windrunner looked at the package carefully, "That looks like it might be Clove," he said pointing out one of the herbs, pointing out another he says "That looks like its feverfew." He looked up at Khora and gave a warm smile, "So how'd I do?" he asked curiously and joyfully.
