Blaze let Cody off the leash as he neared some fields she ran by him happily and Blaze listened to nature as it proceeded. He felt as if he belonged here. Getting back to the sidewalks Blaze slowed to a walk and wiped the sweat off his forehead. Cody pulled him along and soon he was almost home.

Khora nodded, "Yeah, I've had a handful with one. And I still will with the way things are going." She looked at her house. "I'm going to check inventory. And please join the contest, I think you'd like it. See you around Ayililla." She waved goodbye and walked into her house, the police having moved the yellow tape away. She opened the door using a key and saw it was all gone. Everything cleared out to the point nothing remained with in her house other then the counters, the pantry was thrown open and the food all gone. Khora got on her knees and cried.

Ayalilla waved good-bye to Khora and walked on to Walmart for the groceries.

Holo borded the bus, wondering where Lunar was. She shrugged and sat down in the first empty seat. Then she braced herself for the wave of torment and hate from the other kids... Of course, as always it came. But only when she was alone. She never knew why the hate came, she had done nothing wrong as far as she knew but she sighed and escaped into the world of her new book, "The Sea of Trolls"

Blaze rounded the corner to their street and he stared at Khora's apartment as he passed. Cody pulled at the leash and began digging in someones lawn. "No Cody!" He pulled back and shook his head. "I spoil you too much..." He rolled his eyes at her and began at a brisk walk to his house.

Raffiel hopped on the bus, and took a seat right next to where Lunar normally sat. After thirty seconds of smiling at her, the driver yelled at him and he had to go up to the front with a pout.

Khora closed her eyes, pleading for it to be all a horrible nightmare. But as she reopened her gold eyes, she saw it was not. Everything was gone, and now she would have to make a police report... Now I have to make a police report! She smiled a bit, Maybe there is something good about this after all... She got up, wiping her tears and telling herself she had to be strong. She searched the whole house, and wrote a list. She had been wrong, the beds were there, and about three days worth of food, and her little jar of money had been spared oddly. She smiled slightly, "It'll be fine in the end perhaps."

Lunar looked at the passing cars. She was going to the skate park with Nina later. Today was Friday, so there was no school tomorrow.

Lunar took a short cut by walking on people's brick fences of their backyards. She was home rather quickly. The bus usually took longer because of the many different stops. Nina started making spit balls and using a straw from lunch to spit them at the roof.

The bus stopped about two blocks away from home and Holo got off, sighing and carefully avoiding the legs stuck out in the aisle to trip her, then began the short walk home.

Ayalilla browsed through the frozen foods section, and picked up a sausage pizza for 3.99...

"Hi, Lunar..." Holo said as she arrived. "You didn't ride the bus?" she asked, trying to act cheerful and not let her sister know of the pain she felt right now that was left over from the torment and hate. She didn't want to make her said... "So guess what?" Holo asked Lunar, sitting down beside her.

Blaze reached his house. He changed into jeans and a black t-shirt. Draping his badge necklace over his neck he sat on the couch exhausted. Cody rapped up beside him and he smiled. Shifting his cell phone nervously in his hand he thought.

Detention was over with so Nina left and hopped on her skateboard, riding back toward Lunar and Holo's house. She never went home before dark on Fridays.

Raffiel strolled into his house, and was oblivious to the missing items in his home. He placed his shoes by the door inside and his bag next to them. Then he walked over and opened the refrigerator. Seeing it empty he pouted and opened the cabinets. Nothing he wanted, so he then looked around. "Where's the.. MAAA!" He yelled, finally noticing they were robbed and ran into his mother's bedroom. "Yes, we were robbed. So was our neighbor upstairs. I'm calling the police right now." She finished dialing in the number, and the phone buzzed. "Hello, I've been robbed..."

"I've been asked to the formal!!!!!!!!!!!" Holo squeeled with true excitement. Yes, she was depressed from the lonely ride home on the bus, but she still had things to be glad about. "And you're never gonna guess who it was, and I'm never gonna tell you unless you come to the formal and see me with that person. For all you know it could be a girl who asked me." Holo stuck out her tongue and quickly scrambled up, running inside the house. Oh, how she loved to taunt her sister sometimes! She didn't care about being a teenager and all the teachers in school telling her that she needed to grow up! Being a kid was fun! As far as she could tell, adult life sucked! Holo smiled to herself and sat down on the computer, ready to finish up some line art she had started the other day...

Lunar sighed to herself with disappointment that she wasn't going to get to find out who it was. She didn't usually go to these things. Plus, she hadn't heard anything of anyone going to ask her. And if she went, she would never hear the end of it from Nina. She got a text from Nina: hey i cant make it today. got called in to the kennels. sorry.
Lunar laid back on the grass, starring at the sky. Now she had nothing to do this afternoon.

Holo finished with the lineart, submitted it. Then walked slowly up the stairs t her room. She changed into her pajamas and fluffy blue Dory (from Finding Nemo) slippers and went back outside. She quietly sneaked up on Lunar, then tackled her. "GOTCHYA!!!!!!!!" Holo yelled and recieved a dissapproving glare from one of the neighbors. She rolled off Lunar and lay quietly beside her, then said "So did anyone ask you to the dance thingamajigger? I've never gone to one, and neither have you, huh? I wonder what they're like..."

Lunar shrugged, "No one has asked me. I have no idea who might even want to ask me." Lunar thought about it for a moment then sat up, folded her hands in front of her face and begged Holo, "So, who asked you? Pleaseeeeee tell me!"

"Why should I tell you? I like torturing you, it's funny the way you beg..." she tried to mimic evil laughter and miserably failed. "DANG IT! I'm no good at being a villain! Especially since you're my sister..." Holo pretended to pout, then gave Lunar a hug and whispered in her ear who had asked her.

Blaze's phone rung in his hands. He opened it to hear his bosses voice. "Another lady on your street has been robbed I want you to report there, reinforcements will be there soon. Her name is Khora... Ring a bell." Blaze's breath freezed. He fumbled the phone. "Blaze... You still there?" He put the phone to his ear. "Yes sir. I'm on it." Not bothering to put his uniform on he left down the street with just his badge necklace hanging. He reached her apartment and knocked.

Lunar gasped, "It was Rowan!" Her jaw dropped then she smiled widely then teased, "Well, congratulations. Your crush asked you." then she saw the cop that lived on their street walk up to Khora and Raffiel's house and she asked, almost absentmindedly, "I wonder what happened."

Ayalilla by now had begun her way home and passed Khora's residence again. She saw Blaze and waved high, but doubted that he saw her. "YOU KNOW SHE LOVES YOU?" Ayalilla randomly called out in Blaze's direct, but hurried on turning into an alley shortcut home before he knew who had said it. Then she laughed her heart out when she got home, and the kind neighbor asked what was wrong thinking her laughs were sobs, but she told her what and the babysitter laughed to. "Well, thank you for keeping an eye on them!" Ayalilla said. "Here, take this!" she said and held out a five dollar bill. "Oh, no! I couldn't take the money! You need it! Seeya on Monday, Ayalilla!" Then the neighbor left, and Ayalilla put the frozen pizza in the oven and went to check on her babies. They were still there, perfect and sleeping again. She kissed everyone of them twice and whispered "Sorry I was gone so long, I was delayed... I think I made some new friends!" she kissed them all again, and double checked that they were safe like almost every loving mother must before leaving the room.

"I KNOW! I'm so lucky!" Holo said, then looked at where Lunar was looking. "Who's that? Why's his hair red and white.. I wonder if it's naturally like that... I don't think it is. I'll ask him." Holo blabbered out, then stood up and yelled "HEY, MISTER! IS YOUR HAIR NATURALLY THAT WAY? IT'S SO COOL! I'M JEALOUS!!! AND HOW COME YOU'RE KNOCKING ON RAFFIEL'S DOOR?"
