Lunar flicked her tail and turned away from Dinae. How could she help that she felt uncomforatable around him now? She belonged to Raffiel.. She didn't even know this wolf. Hurt, she erased all the emotion from her face and walked off, not bothering to get Jaquelin, for she didn't really know that wolf either.

"Hey, wait!" Dinae called out. "What about Jaquelin? Huh? I don't know if you care what happens to her or not, but I do. She needs your medical skills and you know it. If that infection were to come back, that would be the end of her."

"She's perfectly fine with what I put on her paw. The infection won't come back as long as she keeps the stuff on there for a while," Lunar called back, still walking away.

Dinae started crying. "Maybe... Maybe I shouldn't have helped you out in the first place." He fell to the ground. "I am a demon..." he mumbled.

Lunar turned around again to look at Dinae and said quickly, "You're the one sending me away. Sorry for the inconvenience of my presence."

Dinae looked up. "You're the one who doesn't want to be around me! I never wanted to send you away in the first place!" Tears were still streaming down his face. He looked away. "You probably think I'm a demon just like everyone else." He said in a quiet voice. "What's the point in living if I am scolded for doing harmless things. I gave you one lousy compliment and you have treated me like a disease ever since. So I figured you would want to leave as soon as possible..." he trailed off.

Dinae looked up at her, his red eyes now standing out because of the tears. "Yeah. A demon." he said simply.

Jaquelin's ears were flattened against the sides of her head. She hadn't fallen asleep, so she was able to hear everything that she was saying. She got an awkward feeling in her gut, suddenly thinking that she shouldn't be here.

Avo Cado rose to the surface in a place he didn't recognize. Then again, he never recognized places anymore. He had been underground for who knows how long, living off of roots. 'This is a den.' he thought. He saw someone at the entrance of the den, and climbed out of his hole, covering up the entrance so no one fell in, and stood behind the other wolf. They apparently hadn't noticed him. 'I'll just stay quite until noticed.'

(I'm keeping Avo. Like the idiot I am...)

Jaquelin finally stood up, limping toward the entrance of the den quietly. She peeked out at them for a moment before slipping out and hobbling away from them quickly.

Jaquelin jumped slightly in surprise, not aware that she was being followed. She glanced at him through the corner of her eye, but didn't say anything as she kept walking.

"Really?" Dinae said surprised, looking up at Lunar. He smiled. "Thank you. I promise not to compliment you ever again. Not if you don't want me to. Although I do find it odd that you wouldn't." he said looking up as if thinking. Then he shrugged.
