"Good thing you got out." Lunar looked around quietly, not sure of any herbs that might be found in this forest.

Dinae came up on a small spring and began looking around where he. thought the plant was. "Where are you...?" Then he spotted it. "Ha! Gotcha!" He gathered up about five small twigs filled with leaves and ran back to Lunar.

Lunar looked at Dinae as he came back and grinned, "That's it."

Dinae smiled and laid the herb in front of her. "Good."

Lunar looked at Jaquelin once again and asked, "May I?" It wasn't hard to tell that the female didn't trust either of them.

Jaquelin nodded slowly, watching her cautiously.

Lunar took one of the twigs and scratched at one of the leaves, opening it up. She then moved to the female's side and carefully spread the liquid from the leaf onto the wound. She did the same thing to a few more leaves so the whole wound would be covered, then said, "This should fight off the infection. Now, If I can find the other herb I need, it can help keep infection away, and help the wound heal faster. But I will need you to trust me, alright?"

Lunar turned to Dinae and asked, "Do you mind if I take her back to your den? She'll need a place to rest her leg."

Dinae shook his head. "Not at all. Come, this way." He headed off for the den.

Lunar looked at Jaquelin and smiled, "Come on." She turned and started following Dinae.

Jaquelin flicked her ears back and stood up slowly, looking down at her paw for a moment before limping behind them slowly.

After about 10 minutes, they made it to the den. "Here we are."

Lunar nodded. "I'm gonna go look for the herb I need."

"No. I believe I had seen some not far from here. I think I can handle it this time." Lunar gave a small smile before she started walking off in the direction she believed the herb to be.

Jaquelin caught up with them, having fallen some distance behind. She peeked inside quietly, looking around.

Jaquelin smiled slightly and nodded, sitting down towards the back of the den. Her wound burned intensely, but she ignored it.
